摘要
为解决OGFC路面空隙堵塞问题,对OGFC路面材料进行改造,在空隙中添加以粉煤灰为主的矿物吸水性材料,构成保水性路面,并对以OGFC-13为骨架结构的保水性路面混合料进行初步性能试验,通过降温试验、冻融劈裂试验与汉堡车辙试验,对比OGFC路面与保水性路面的降温效果、水稳定性与抗车辙性能,结果表明,保水性路面比OGFC路面降温效果更加明显,水稳定性更好,具有更好的抗车辙性能,这种路面材料经济性强、施工不复杂、具有可实施性。
In order to solve the blocking problem of OGFC pavement gap,the reconstruction is made for the OGFC pavement material.The water-retaining pavement is formed by adding the water-absorbing material of mineral like coal ash in the gap,and the test on the preliminary performance of water-retaining pavement mixture that takes OGFC-13 as the skeleton structure is performed.Through the temperature reduction test,freeze-thaw split test and hamburg wheel tracking test,the temperature reduction effect,water stability and anti-rutting performance of OGFC pavement and water-retaining pavement are compared.The results show that the temperature reduction effect of water-retaining pavement is more obvious than that of OGFC pavement,the water stability is better,and it is with better anti-rutting performance.This kind of pavement material is with strong economical efficiency,uncomplex construction and exploitativeness.
