摘要
目的探讨西替利嗪滴剂和布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将189例变应性鼻炎患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组A、治疗组B,对照组给予西替利嗪滴剂口服,治疗组A给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,治疗组B在对照组治疗的基础上加用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,比较3组治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后2周症状体征评分及治疗有效率。结果 3组治疗后其症状体征评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义,治疗1周时,治疗组A的症状体征评分及总有效率与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗组B的症状体征评分及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗两周时,治疗组A、B的症状体征评分及有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组A和B的症状体征评分及有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西替利嗪滴剂和布地奈德鼻喷雾剂均为治疗变应性鼻炎的有效药物,布地奈德鼻喷雾剂疗效优于西替利嗪但起效稍慢,布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联用口服西替利嗪较单用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂疗效无明显差异,临床联用需谨慎。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of different therapies with cetirizine hydrochloride drops and budesonide nasal spray to treat allergic rhinitis.Methods The 189 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group recieved cetirizine hydrochloride drops according to the age and condition;treatment group A recieved budesonide nasal spray;and treatment group B recieved both of them.Then the symptoms and signs score and treatment efficacy among these groups before,one week after and two weeks after treatment were compared.Results The symptom and sign scores were significantly lower after treatment in all the three groups statistically.One week after treatment,the superiorities of the symptoms and signs score and total treatment efficacy were not statistically significant(P>0.05)to the control in treatment group A,with the opposite results(P<0.05)in treatment group B.Two weeks after treatment,the superiorities were all of statistically significant difference(P<0.05)to control in both treatment group A and B,but with the opposite results(P>0.05)between these two treatment groups.Conclusion Cetirizine hydrochloride drops and budesonide nasal spray are both effective for allergic rhinitis.The latter is better than the former,but with slightly slow onset.There is no significant difference in the use of budesonide nasal spray+cetirizine hydrochloride drops or single,so it should be cautious clinically.
