摘要
在基础教育环节中,小学教师责任重大。除了给予学生的知识启蒙以外,还要努力培养学生的各方面能力。在学校,课堂教学是教师施教的主渠道,如何通过课堂教学引导学生的兴趣爱好,形成良好的学习习惯,使其好学、乐学、会学,积极主动地参与到教学活动中来,是提高教学质量的关键。
Primary school teachers have a great responsibility in the basic education.In addition to giving students the knowledge of enlightenment,but also efforts to develop students of all aspects of ability.In school,classroom teaching is the main channel for teachers to teach,how to guide students'interests and hobbies through classroom teaching,forming them good study habits,make them studious,happy to learn,will to learn,actively participate in teaching activities,is the key to improve teaching quality.
