摘要
目的观察加减黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变(LEAD)的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的72例LEAD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组患者给予基础治疗,观察组患者在基础治疗基础上给予加减黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为87.50%,明显高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的中医证候积分、ABI及IMT明显优于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组中医证候积分及IMT明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论加减黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗LEAD临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on diabetic with lower extremity vascular disease(LEAD).Methods Seventy-two cases LEAD patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment,and the observation group accepted modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction based on the basic treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 62.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom integrals,ABI and IMT of the observation group were better than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom integrals and IMT of the control group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of LEAD has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
