摘要
切刀轴是切膜机的关键零件。该零件精度要求高,加工难度大,需要多次装夹,严重影响加工效率,为了解决该问题,本人总结过去的工作经验,经反复研究后,设计出一套用于该零件铣削加工用的带自定心结构的可翻转组合式夹具,提高了工效,保障了产品质量。
The cutter shaft is the key part of the slitter machine.In order to solve this problem,I summarize the past work experience.After repeated research,I designed a set of belt for the milling of the part.Self-centering structure of the reversible modular fixture,improved work efficiency,protect the product quality.
