摘要
针对市场上出现的轴差前壳断裂故障,从设计和工艺方面进行排查,发现R3圆角附近的淬火硬度和淬火层深度不足是造成此类故障的主要因素.通过采用IGBT全固态感应加热,将淬火工序回收自制;并通过增加对大端面硬度的100%检测以及磨削工艺的改进,有效降低轴差前壳断裂失效的故障率.
When the rupture failures of the inter-axle front differential case were found in the market,the main cause was the lack of hardness and depth of hardening layer near the rounded corner R3,after the product design and process were checked.The failure rate was reduced by using IGBT all solid-state induction heating,recycling the quenching process and increasing the detection of hardness 100%on the big end face and improving the grinding process.
