横向补偿平板型环路热管重力辅助下的系统性能研究 被引量:4

Investigation on Performance of Flat Loop Heat Pipe with Longitudinal Replenishment under Gravity-assisted Condition

摘要 为满足狭小高度空间电子设备的冷却需求,本文从高毛细力、低流动阻力以及平稳运行温度方面,设计了横向补偿结构的矩形环路热管。从理论上分析了新型结构在重力辅助下的运行特性,并对其温度稳定性、传热性能等方面进行了实验研究。结果表明:该环路热管能够满足单热源的最大功率为70 W,满足双热源的最大功率为35 W下的稳定运行,热管运行热阻为0.2 K/W。通过压降分析可以确定,低于30 W时为重力主导,高于30 W时为毛细力主导。新型横向补偿平板型环路热管能够满足较小高度空间电子设备的冷却需求。 For the cooling demand of electronic devices with small height space,a flat loop heat pipe(LHP)with longitudinal replenishment and vapor chamber was designed based on the high capillary force,low flow resistance and low temperature oscillation.This paper analyzed the operational characteristics of the novel heat pipe under the gravity-assisted condition.The experimental investigations on the temperature stability and heat transfer performance of the heat pipe were carried out under different heat load conditions.The results showed that the LHP can operate stably for a maximum heat load of70W for the single heater and a maximum heat load of35W for double heaters respectively.The thermal resistance of LHP was only0.2K/W.It can be deduced from the analysis on pressure drop that,the gravity plays a key role as the heat load is less than30W,otherwise the capillary force dominates the operation.The novel heat pipe with longitudinal replenishment meets the cooling demand of smaller height space.
