摘要
在京津冀协同发展的政策背景下,河北省高职院校面临着重大发展机遇。建立科学、高效且具有活力的师资柔性管理机制,有利于满足教师的实际需求、激发其创造力,提升职业教育资源的配置效率,提高河北省高职院校的整体竞争力。深入探讨了当前河北省高职院校师资管理工作存在的不足,阐述了师资柔性管理的内涵和特点,并结合京津冀协同发展的背景,提出了构建河北省高职院校师资柔性管理机制的具体措施。
In the context of coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Hebei province policy,higher vocational colleges are faced with great development opportunities.Establishing the scientific and efficient management mechanism of teachers flexible and innovative,to meet the actual needs of teachers and stimulate creativity,enhance the occupation education resources allocation efficiency,improve the overall competitiveness of occupation education in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hebei province.This paper discusses the present situation of Higher Vocational Education in Hebei Province,analyses the connotation and characteristics of teachers'flexible management,combined with the Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development policy background to put forward concrete measures for constructing the flexible management mechanism of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hebei province.
