摘要
科研仪器极大提高了我国现阶段基础学科研究的效率,其仪器设备在众多民生领域都有涉及,对科研院所的工作有促进作用,科研仪器的采购是否规范和科学,也直接影响科研仪器的实际使用效果。与发达国家相比,我国的科研仪器采购还面临许多问题,本文论述了科研仪器的概念和采购中遇到的现实问题,并给出解决策略,具有一定的政策指引作用。
Scientific instruments greatly improve the efficiency of basic science research in our country,the instruments are involved in many areas of people's livelihood,and also promote the work of scientific research institutes,whether the scientific equipment procurement is standardized and scientific directly affects the actual using effect of scientific research instrument.Compared with the developed countries,the purchase of scientific research instruments in China is still facing many problems.This paper discussed the concept of scientific research instruments and the practical problems encountered in procurement,and gave solutions,providing certain policy guidance.
