摘要
目的分析不同产地原桃胶中多糖质量分数的差异,为其质量评价提供依据。方法将原桃胶除杂、烘干、粉碎、过筛,粉末用超纯水超声溶解,采用苯酚-硫酸法进行显色反应,再以紫外-可见分光光度法测定原桃胶的多糖质量分数。结果不同产地原桃胶多糖质量分数分别为:云南永胜80.93%、广西兴安81.31%、广东连平79.56%、福建罗源83.64%、贵州习水84.48%、江西信丰81.52%、湖北随县77.84%、浙江缙云78.35%、四川宣汉81.14%、河南宜阳81.27%、河北东光84.30%、江苏惠山82.93%、陕西礼泉80.82%、山东香城80.70%、山西绛县83.66%。结论不同产地原桃胶的多糖质量分数存在一定的差异,其中以贵州习水和河北东光的最高,湖北随县的最低。
Objective To provide the basis for quality evaluation by analyzing difference of polysaccharides in the original Peach gum from different habitats.Methods The original Peach gum was cleaned,dried,grinded and screened.Then the powder was dissolved in the ultrapure water with ultrasound,and the contents of polysaccharides were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and UV spectrophotometry.Results The polysaccharide contents from different habitats were as follows,Yongsheng Yunnan80.93%,Xingan Guangxi81.31%,Lianping Guangdong79.56%,Luoyuan Fujian83.64%,Xishui Guizhou84.48%,Xinfeng Jiangxi81.52%,Suixian Hubei77.84%,Jinyun Zhejiang78.35%,Xuanhan Sichuan81.14%,Yiyang Henan81.27%,Dongguang Hebei84.30%,Huishan Jiangsu82.93%,Liquan Shanxi80.82%,Xiangcheng Shandong80.70%,and Jiangxian Shanxi83.66%.Conclusion The total polysaccharide contents of the original Peach gum from different habitats varied greatly,and the highest are from Xishui Guizhou and Dongguang Hebei,while the lowest is from Suixian Hubei.
