摘要
通过对农村宅基地利用现状分析,发现农村宅基地利用现状堪忧,存在大量宅基地闲置、超标超占和没有合理退出机制等问题,对这些问题的成因进行了分析,并对建立有效的宅基地退出机制进行了探讨。
Firstly the current utilization situation and its causes of rural homestead were analyzed,it was found the present utilization situation of rural homestead was far from being satisfactory,there were phenomena such as a large number of idle homestead,in excess of standards and criteria of per capital land,and without reasonable withdrawal mechanism,then the causes of the phenomena were analyzed and summarized.Finally the establishment of effective withdrawal mechanism was discussed and studied.
