摘要
目的研究探讨对过敏性结膜炎患者应用奥洛他定滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月我院收治的130例过敏性结膜炎患者,并按挂号先后平均分成对照组与观察组,对照组患者使用奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,观察组患者应用奥洛他定滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.92%,对照组治疗总有效率为83.07%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥洛他定滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的效果显著,且安全性高。
Objective To study the clinical effect of olopatadine eye drops combined with pranoprofen eye drops in patients with allergic conjunctivitis.Methods130patients with allergic conjunctivitis admitted to our hospital from May2016to May2017were divided into control group and observation group according to the registered number,the patients in the control group were treated with olopatadine eye drops,patients in the observation group were treated with olopatadine eye drops and pranoprofen eye drops,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was96.92%in the observation group and83.07%in the control group.The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Olopatadine eye drops combined with pranoprofen eye drops for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis has significant effect,and high safety.
