摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中合并抑郁症患者肢体功能、生活能力和老年抑郁量表(Geriatric Depression Scale,GDS)评分的影响。方法选取82例脑卒中合并抑郁症的患者,按数字表法随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(41例),对照组采用神经内科常规护理,观察组采用早期康复护理。两组患者分别于护理前后对肢体功能、生活能力和GDS评分等进行对比。结果观察组肢体功能、生活能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组GDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期康复护理能明显提高脑卒中合并抑郁症患者的肢体运动能力,显著改善患者生活能力和抑郁症状。
Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on limb function,life ability and Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)score in patients with stroke complicated with depression.Methods:A total of82patients with stroke complicated with depression were randomly divided into a observation group(41cases)and a control group(41cases).The control group was given routine nursing in neurology department,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The two groups were compared in the limb function,life ability and GDS scores before and after admission.Results:The limb function and life ability score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The GDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing can obviously improve the limb function of patients with stroke complicated with depression,and significantly improve the life ability and depression symptoms of patients.
