摘要
带式输送机是煤矿重要运输工具之一,但在煤矿实际生产过程中由于安装不规范、维护不当、施工环境影响等,输送机在运转时经常出现跑偏现象,不仅降低了煤矿运输效率,而且输送机长期跑偏很容易造成输送带磨损、运输机负荷加大、输送带撕裂等事故,大大降低了输送机使用寿命。对此,潞安集团王庄煤矿皮带二队通过技术研究,分析了带式输送机出现跑偏的主要原因,提出了若干项对策措施,确保输送机安全稳定运转。
The belt conveyor is one of the important means of transport of coal mine,but in the process of actual coal mine production,due to improper installation of belt conveyor,improper maintenance and impact of environmental construction,the conveyor often deviates during operation,which not only reduces the coal transportation efficiency,but also causes the conveyor belt wear,increase in transport load,conveyor belt tear etc,greatly reducing the service life of conveyor.To sole this problem,Lu’an Group,after technical research,analyzes the main reasons of the belt conveyor in wandering,and puts forward several countermeasures,which ensure the safe and stable operation of conveyor.
