摘要
全液压矿用钻机是应用最广的井下钻探设备,其工作环境复杂多变,钻机的性能直接影响到煤矿的安全高效开采。多数钻机结构和液压系统设计不合理,造成了大量人力和物力的浪费,已不能适应当前煤矿对钻探设备的需要。本文结合大同煤矿集团下属塔山矿井采用的全液压式钻机,对钻机液压系统、钻机动力头部件及液压卡盘和夹持器开展研究,对提高钻探设备整机作业性能具有重要意义。
The fully hydraulic drilling rig is the most widely used underground drilling equipment at present.Its working environment is complex and changeable.The performance of the drilling rig directly affects the safe and efficient mining of the coal mine.At present,most domestic drilling rig,because of unreasonable design of structure and hydraulic system,has caused a lot of waste of manpower and material resources,and has been unable to meet the needs of current coal mine for drilling equipment.In this paper,based on the full hydraulic drilling rig used in Tashan Coal Mine in Datong Coal Mine Group,hydraulic system,hydraulic components and power head drill chuck and clamping device are researched,which can improve the working performance of drilling equipment,and is of great significance.
