摘要
为了解决阿特拉斯GA75型空压机排气高温的问题,综述了LGF160型螺杆压缩机、LU250W85型空压机、ZR160空压机等不同型号压缩机"排气高温"的原因及解决途径,针对海上平台为原油天然气处理、逻辑信号关断、现场风闸用气提供气源的阿特拉斯GA75型空压机自动化控制集成度高、结构简单、气源输出稳定的特点,从空压机工作原理及内部流程出发,分析"排气高温"故障原因主要包括:缺少滑油、滑油滤器脏堵、冷却器脏堵、温控阀故障、冷却风扇故障、出口管线或阀门堵塞、周围环境温度高、主机出口温度传感器故障、滑油不合格、维护保养不及时等10种,提出故障排除方法,保证设备稳定正常运行,消除了安全隐患和环境污染。
In order to solve the problem of high temperature of Atlas GA75air compressor exhaust,exhaust heat causes of LGF160type screw compressor,LU250W85type air compressor and ZR160air compressor and their solutions were reviewed.In view of the characteristics of high automatic control level of integration,simple structure and stable air source output of Atlas GA75type air compressor,which provides air source for oil and gas processing,logic signal shut off,and on-site air brake operation at offshore platforms,this paper analyzes the failure reasons of high exhaust temperature from the perspectives of air compressor working principle and internal process.The ten reasons include the lack of lubricating oil,lubricating oil filter dirty plugging,cooler and temperature control valve fault,cooling fan,export pipeline or valve jam,high ambient temperature,the host outlet temperature sensor fault,unqualified lubricating oil and delayed maintenance.It puts forward the troubleshooting method to ensure the normal operation of equipment stability and eliminate the hidden safety danger and environment pollution.
