摘要
存货是企业的重要资产之一,存货的状态影响着企业的运营。对于服装行业,存货问题一直严重影响着它的发展,特别是对中小型服装企业而言,只注重生产而忽略存货管理,导致存货管理存在问题的现象较为普遍。论文从中小型服装企业的角度出发,以A企业为例,分析A企业存货管理中存在的问题及原因,试提出相应的对策,希望能对中小型服装企业存货管理的发展有所帮助。
The inventory is one of the important assets of the enterprise.The state of inventory affects the operation of the enterprise.For the garment industry,the problem of inventory has been seriously affecting its development,especially for the small and medium-sized garment enterprises,focusing on production and ignoring inventory management leading to the problem of inventory management.From the point of view of small and medium-sized garment enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of A enterprise inventory management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
