摘要
采用超滤膜法对生产电池隔膜生产线产生的玻璃纤维废水进行膜过滤处理,结果表明膜过滤的产水可作为生产线补充水继续循环使用,浓水及反洗水进入原水箱继续处理。并采用错流和死端两种过滤方式,对超滤膜组件的水通量、分离效果、清洗效果、持续运行效果进行测定,并从中获得稳定可靠的工艺参数。
Membrane filtration treatment of glass fiber wastewater produced by battery separator production line was carried out by using ultrafiltration membrane.The results showed that membrane filtration of water production could be used as supplementary water of production line to continue recycle.Concentrated water and backwash water were put into the original water tank for further treatment.The cross flow and dead end filtration methods were used to determine the water flux,separation effect,cleaning effect and continuous operation effect of the ultrafiltration membrane module,and obtain the stable and reliable process parameters.
