摘要
体育教育作为素质教育的重要组成单元越来越被重视。为了有效的缩小城乡教育的差距,改善农村教育落后的局面,我国相关部门提出特岗教师计划。特岗教师作为一种特殊的教师群体,对我国的教育事业发展起着积极的推动作用。
As an important component of quality education,physical education has been paid more and more attention.In order to effectively reduce the gap between urban and rural education and improve the backward situation of rural education,the relevant departments of our country put forward the special post teacher plan.As a special group of teachers,special post teachers play an active role in promoting the development of education in China.
