摘要
使用自主设计搭建的锂离子电池热失控实验平台,在敞开体系与半封闭体系条件下对18650型锂离子电池开展热失控及传播实验,研究荷电量(SOC)为50%的锂离子电池热失控连锁反应的特征。对热失控发生时间、温度变化趋势、峰值温度、热失控传播特性等进行记录分析。结果表明:敞开体系中单个锂离子电池在173℃时开始发生热失控,最高温度达到689℃;不同体系热失控传播实验中,敞开体系未发生热失控传播,金属包装的半封闭体系发生热失控传播。
Experimental study on the thermal runaway and its extension of18650Lithium-ion battery under open system and semiclosed system was carried out using the experiment platform designed by ourselves.The characteristics of chain reaction of Lithium-ion battery which SOC is50%were studied.The occurrence time,temperature trends,peak temperature,extension characteristics of thermal runaway were recorded and analyzed.The results showed that single Lithium-ion battery thermal runaway occurs at173℃in open system,and the maximum temperature reached689℃.In the thermal runaway extension experiments under different system conditions,thermal runaway extension had not happened in open system,while happened in semi-closed system of metal packaging.
