摘要
目的探讨健康教育对糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的康复效果。方法选取2015年4月—2017年4月该院收治的糖尿病合并脑梗死患者126例,随机分为两组各63例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育。结果观察组健康教育知识掌握率为93.7%,护理满意度为96.8%,明显优于对照组69.8%、82.5%(P<0.05);护理后观察组空腹血糖(5.6±1.1)mmol/L、FMA评分(52.7±2.0)分、ADL评分(64.8±5.1)分,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并脑梗死患者实施健康教育,可有效控制血糖水平,促进肢体功能恢复,提高患者运动和生活能力。
Objective To study the recovery effect of health education in patients with diabetes combined with cerebral infarction.Methods126cases of patients with diabetes combined with cerebral infarction admitted and treated in our hospital from April2015to April2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with63cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the health education on the basis of the control group.Results The mastery rate of health education knowledge and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,(93.7%,96.8%vs69.8%,82.5%),(P<0.05),after nursing,the fasting blood glucose,FMA score and ADL score in the observation group after nursing were respectively(5.6±1.1)mmol/L,(52.7±2.0)points and(64.8±5.1)points,which were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education of patients with diabetes and cesarean infraction can effectively control the blood glucose level,promote the recovery of limbs function and improve the motor and living abilities.
