摘要
目的探究半月神经节射频热凝治疗对于复发型三叉神经痛的效果。方法选择疼痛科2014年9月~2017年4月收治的复发型三叉神经痛患者134例,均接受半月神经节射频热凝疗法,统计治疗前、治疗后的疼痛评分、并发症发生率等。结果与术前相比,术后1 d、7 d、3个月,134例患者的VAS评分明显降低。134例患者中术后轻微三叉神经分布区麻木感84例(62.69%),轻微面部肿胀10例(7.46%),暂时性咀嚼无力3例(2.24%),无严重并发症患者。随访1年的复发率5.22%。结论半月神经节射频热凝疗法治疗复发型三叉神经痛效果确切,安全有效。
Objective To explore the effect of the radiofrequency treatment on the trigeminal neuralgia in the half moon.Methods134cases of the patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia from September2014to April2017were selected.The pain score,complication rate and so on before and after the treatment were counted.Results After1days,7days and3months,the VAS scores of134patients were significantly decreased,.Among the134patients,84cases(62.69%)had mild numbness in the distribution of trigeminal nerve,10cases(7.46%)had mild facial swelling,3cases(2.24%)were temporary masticatory and no serious complication.Follow-up of1year recurrence rate of5.22%.Conclusion The treatment of recurrent trigeminal neuralgia with semilunar ganglion radiofrequency coagulation is effective,safe and effective.
