摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜辅助经脐入路治疗小儿回盲部肠重复畸形的价值。方法 2008年7月~2015年7月对5例小儿回盲部肠重复畸形采用腹腔镜辅助经脐入路探查,切除回盲部肠重复畸形,均将囊肿经脐切口减压后提出腹外行囊肿内黏膜剥除术。结果 5例顺利完成手术,手术时间45~100 min,(50±10)min;术后住院5~7 d,平均6 d。5例随访6~24个月,平均10个月,腹部B超检查无复发,切口瘢痕小,脐部外观满意。结论腹腔镜辅助经脐入路手术操作简单,对于腹腔镜手术操作困难的病例是一种较好的选择。
Objective To investigate the value of laparoscopic-assisted umbilical approach resection for intestinal duplication of ileocecal region in children.Methods A total of5cases of intestinal duplication in ileocecal region between July2008and July2015were retrospectively analyzed.After the decompression of cysts through umbilical approach,the cystectomy was performed with cyst mucosa removal surgery.Results All the5cases of laparoscopic-assisted resection were successful.The operation time was45-100min(mean,50±10min)and postoperative hospital stay was5-7days(mean,6days).All the patients were followed up for6-24months(mean,10months).B-ultrasonography found no recurrence.The wound had small scars with good appearance of umbilicus.Conclusion Laparoscopic-assisted umbilical approach excision for intestinal duplication of ileocecal region is simple and can be used as a good choice for complex mesenteric cysts in children.
