高职院校现代学徒制教学质量评价分析——基于层次分析-模糊综合评价法的研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对现代学徒制培养模式起步时间晚、规章制度尚不完善及教学效果无法保证等问题,为进一步提高高职院校现代学徒制教学质量,在相关学者所构建的高职院校现代学徒制教学质量评价体系的基础上,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相配合的评价方法对高职院校现代学徒制教学质量进行综合评价。首先通过层次分析法得到了各评价指标的权重,结果表明:现代学徒制实施准备与现代学徒制教学进程是影响教学质量的重要因素,而现代学徒制学徒效果与现代学徒制管理层面是次要因素;而后经过模糊综合评价,将高职院校现代学徒制教学质量评价定性为"高"质量,以期进一步推广高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式。 The current problems of modern apprenticeship pattern include being late to be starter,imperfect rules and regula-tions,and no guarantee of teaching effect.In order to further improve the modern apprenticeship teaching quality in higher vo-cational colleges,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate teaching quality of modern apprenticeships based on the modern apprenticeship teaching quality evaluation system formed by the relevant scholars in higher vocational colleges.The paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weighing coefficient of each evaluation index,and the result shows that:the preparation and teaching process are the important factors that affect the quality of teaching,and the second factors are the effect and the management level of modern apprenticeship training mode.At the same time,through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the modern apprentice system in higher vocational colleges teaching quality evaluation is classified as"high quality"to further promote modern apprenticeship training mode in higher vocational colleges.
