摘要
近年来,水产品中氟喹诺酮类药物(Fluoroquinolone,简称FQs)残留问题日益凸显,为此国家针对FQs残留制定了相应的检测标准。为了实现水产品中FQs残留的快速高效检测,从样品前处理和检测方法 2个方面综述了水产品中FQs残留的检测技术,以期为水产品中FQs残留的监测提供指导。
In recent years,the residues of fluoroquinolones(Fluoroquinolone,FQs)in aquatic products are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the country has formulated corresponding testing standards for FQs residues.In order to achieve rapid and efficient detection of FQs residues in aquatic products,the detection technology of FQs residues in aquatic products was reviewed from2aspects,including sample pretreatment and detection methods,and to provide guidance for monitoring FQs residues in aquatic products.
