摘要
为了解决变性法加工的准双曲面齿轮副(HFM)齿面接触分析(TCA)接触起始点非线性方程组初值难以给定的问题,从接触轨迹点的数学模型出发,提出了一种自动求解TCA接触起始点初值的算法。依据接触起始点非线性方程组自身的特点,找出一个对方程组根有较大影响的等式,将这个等式改写为二元函数,利用此二元函数的性质,建立自动求解TCA接触起始点初值的算法,并编制出相应的电算程序。通过实际算例验证了该算法的有效性。仿真结果表明,对不同参数的HFM齿轮副,该算法能够方便正确的给出TCA接触起始点初值。
To solve the initial values problem of nonlinear equations about contact starting point of tooth contact analysis(TCA) for hypoid bevel gears manufactured by the modified roll. Based on the mathematical model of contact track points,a method which is able to give the initial values of TCA automatically is presented. The method is based on the relevant computer program and the binary function qualities,a binary function that has a greater effect on root of equations was gotten,and an automatic algorithm for TCA initial contact point was established. The method is proved to be efficient by a numerical example. The simulation results show that the initial values can be correctly and conveniently given under different HFM gear pairs.
