摘要
电动汽车近年来发展迅速,其配套的充电桩和充电接口的设计要求越来越高。连接器接触形式多种多样,市面上常见的电动汽车充电接口是斜圈环簧接触形式,它有较小的接触电阻。电动汽车斜圈环簧直流充电接口在大电流工况下,要求温升不能过高,而接触件之间的接触正压力对接触电阻的作用效果是最明显的。本文主要从理论分析、有限元分析与试验测试等方面着手,对该结构的接触性能及热电性能进行深入的研究。最后通过数据分析,对斜圈环簧充电接口结构进行评估。
The design requirements of charge pile and charge coupler are needed higher while electric vehicles have developed rapidly in recent years.Annularcanted spring isused prevalently in electric vehicle charge couplerwith connector contact forms,which has smaller contact resistance.The DC charge coupler of annularcanted spring in electric vehicle requires that the temperature rise is not too high under large current condition,and the effect of contact force on contact resistance is the most obvious.In this paper,the contact property and thermal-electric property of the structure is deeply studied through the aspects of theoretical analysis,Finite Element Analysis and experimentation.Finally,annular canted spring charge coupleris evaluated with the analysis of the data.
