黄芪复方中草药饲料添加剂对东北黑脚麻鸡免疫功能的影响 被引量:11

The effect of Radix Astragali compound Chinese herbal medicine additive on the immune function of the Northeast Heijiao MA chicken

摘要 为研究黄芪复方中草药饲料添加剂对东北黑脚麻鸡免疫器官功能的影响,选择体重相近的健康1d东北黑脚麻鸡120羽,进行60d的饲养试验,试验随机分为4组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%、3%和6%复方中草药添加剂。结果表明:试验Ⅲ组(39.09%,40d)和试验Ⅲ组(46.47%,60d)的胸腺指数明显高于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅲ组(48.28%,40d)的脾脏指数明显高于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅲ组(20.51%,60d)的法氏囊指数明显高于对照组(P<0.01);60d试验Ⅲ组血液中免疫球蛋白A(50.24%)明显高于对照组(P<0.01);60d试验Ⅲ组血液中免疫球蛋白M(34.16%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);60d试验Ⅱ组血液中免疫球蛋白G(20.25%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,基础饲料中添加不同剂量的黄芪复方中草药对东北黑脚麻鸡免疫器官发育和免疫功能有不同程度的促进作用,其中,添加6%黄芪复方中草药的效果最好。 In order to study the effects of Astragalus compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on the blood biochemical indexes and immunologic function of the Northeast Heijiao MA chicken,we choose similar weight healthy1day old the Northeast Heijiao MA chicken feather120as experimental animal.The experimental animals were fed60d,and then they were randomly divided into4groups.The control group was fed using the basal diet,and the experimental groups added1%,3%and6%Astragalus compound Chinese herbal medicine additives respectively to the basal diet.The results showed that the thymus index in groupⅢ(40d,39.09%)and groupⅢ(60d,46.47%)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The spleen index in groupⅢ(40d,48.28%)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The bursa index in groupⅢ(60d,43%)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The level of IgA in groupⅢ(60d,20.51%)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The level of IgM(34.16%)in groupⅢ(60d)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The level of IgG in groupⅡ(60d,20.25%)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the Astragalus compound Chinese herbal medicine additives could improve the blood biochemical index and enhance the immune organ coefficient of Northeast Heijiao MA chicken.Among them,6%astragalus compound Chinese herbal medicine has the best effect.
