摘要
以文冠果种子和新稍为试材,研究种子分级处理与场圃发芽率及苗木规格的关系。通过调查黄化处理后不定根发生情况和测定相关生理指标,探究和解释黄化处理对文冠果扦插不定根发生的影响及其生理基础。结果表明:选取一级种子的场圃发芽率高达78.2%,一级种子平均培育出的标准苗所占比例为81.1%,远高于其他级别种子培育出标准苗的比例。与对照相比,基部黄化能够显著提高文冠果嫩枝扦插不定根发生能力,完全黄化差异不明显(P<0.05);14~21d作为分界点,前期对照嫩枝扦插生根过程中总糖和可溶性糖含量均高于基部处理,后期对照嫩枝总糖和可溶性糖含量均低于基部处理;基部黄化与对照嫩枝茎段中淀粉含量变化总体趋势基本一致,基部黄化处理茎段淀粉含量始终显著高于对照处理(P<0.05);基部黄化处理与对照扦插生根过程中茎段可溶性蛋白含量变化总体趋势基本一致,扦插后14d内可溶性蛋白含量略有下降,扦插后21d达到峰值后再次下降。
Seeds and new shoots of Xanthoceras sorbifolia as materials,the relationships between seed grading treatment,seed germination rate at nursery and seeding standard were investigated.And,the effect of etiolation treatments on the adventitious roots physiological bases were elucidated by the determination of the adventitious root occurrence and related physiological indexes after etiolation treatments.The results showed that the seed germination rate in the first order seed nursery was78.2%.The standard seedlings cultivated using the first order seed on average accounted for81.1%,the ratio was much higher than using the other order seeds.In comparison with the control,the sparying capacity of cut adventitious roots was significantly improved by base etiolation treatment,but not significantly different from the complete etiolation(P<0.05).When14to21days after cuttings was as a dividing point,the contents of total sugar and soluble sugar during contrast spray cutting were higher than that of basal etiolation treatment in prophase,whereas those in spray cuttings was lower than cuttings by basal etiolation treatment in anaphase.The content of starch in the stem after basal etiolation treatment was significantly higher than that of contrast treament(P<0.05).The overall trend of changes of the contents of starch and soluble protein in the stem between basal etiolation treatment and contrast spray was basically the same,and the contents of soluble protein decrease slightly and it fells again when it reaches the peak at21d.
