摘要
本文通过对东风菜(大耳朵毛菜)概念、食药用价值和功效,及栽培技术的阐述,为个体和单位提供了详细的东风菜培育专业知识,为东风菜的使用、栽培与推广,提高其经济和社会效益提供借鉴。
This article provides the individual and unit with a detailed knowledge of Dongfeng vegetable cultivation profes-sional knowledge through elaborating the concept,edible and medicinal value and efficacy,and cultivation techniques of Dongfeng vegetable(big ear hairy dish),which can provide references for using,cultivation,promotion and improving their economic and social benefits of Dongfeng vegetable.
