摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,分析北京冬奥会给冀北体育事业和社会经济发展带来的巨大影响。举办冬奥会对冀北区域的发展影响是全方位的:体育方面,借助冬奥之风发展冰雪运动,以点带面引领休闲体育;经济方面,调整产业结构,创造就业空间,实施旅游战略;社会方面,升级生态系统,完善交通网络,打造城市品牌。建议:冀北区域乃至河北全境要借此机遇,抓住冬奥会申办这一关键节点,更好地发展区域经济,推动体育文化和社会资源的进步,最终通过科学规划,建立保障机制,加快体育产业与其他产业的融合发展,并要规避冬奥后期的负面效应。
The paper uses the methods of literature and expert interview,and takes the bid for the Winter Olympics to promote sport cause and social economic development in North Hebei as the research object,aims to analyze the impact of Beijing Olympic Games on Hebei sports and social economic development.The study concludes that the Winter Olympics has brought an overwhelming influence on the regional development of northern Hebei.In the aspect of sports,ice and snow sports games can be developed and then followed by leisure sports;Economy can be developed by adjusting the industrial structure,creating employment space,and the implementation of tourism strategy;in terms of social development,ecological system upgraded,transportation network improved,and city brand built.It is suggested that the region of north Hebei and even the whole Hebei territory take the opportunity to develop regional economy,promote the development of sports culture and social resources,and finally,through scientific planning and the establishment of security mechanism,speed up the sports industry integration with other industries,and avoid the negative effects after the Olympics.
