消防服舒适性主观评价研究 被引量:4

摘要 选取现役消防服和3款改进后的消防服在人工气候室进行舒适性主观评价,规定了实验环境和受试者标准,制定了相应的实验方法和标准,通过权重法进行数据处理,得出消防服舒适性主观评价综合评分值,并对其进行舒适性等级评价。结果表明,从人体工效学角度对消防服进行款式结构及具体部位的改进,能够提高消防服的运动机能舒适性;将隔热层通过特殊技术制成立体管状结构复合在舒适层面料上,形成一条条的空气管道,可提高消防服的热湿舒适性;外层面料选择芳砜纶纤维,能够提高消防服的透湿透气性能,对消防服的舒适性改良起到了积极影响。 Selected active firefighter and3kinds of improved firefighter service under artificial climate chamber to comfort subjective evaluation,provides experimental environment and the subjects standard,formulate the corresponding test methods and standards,by the weighted method for data processing,fire protection clothing comfort subjective evaluatio comprehensive score value,and evaluated the comfortable level of the firefighter service.The results show that the improvement of the style structure and specific parts of the firefighter service from ergonomic Angle can improve the comfort of the fire service.The insulation layer can be used to make the three-dimensional tubular structure compound in the comfortable layer fabric and form a strip of air ducts,which can improve the thermal comfort of the fire service.The selection of the fiber can improve the permeable and breathable performance of the firefighting suit,which has a positive effect on the comfort improvement of the fire protection clothing.
