摘要
温州医科大学附属第二医院麻醉科专业基地在住院医师规范化培训方面取得了一定的研究成果:较早开展专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训的并轨工作,推动5年医学院校本科教育加3年住院医师规范化培训("5+3")临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养模式改革;构建较完善的师资激励机制,有效调动带教老师的带教积极性;严格执行培训计划,不断改进教学安排,体现"分层渐进"理念;强化临床技能模拟培训,计划安排上不仅体现"分层",而且呈现"螺旋上升"的特色;构建住院医师人文素质教育基本体系,侧重于实践体验;兼顾科研和教学能力的培养。本研究对存在的诸如:轮转科室安排、学员参与度等问题及相关对策也进行了阐述。
The Department of Anesthesiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University has made some research achievements in standardized residency training:emphasizing the continuity of medical school education and post-graduate medical education,encouraging the enthusiasm of clinical teaching,implementation of the curriculum with progressive learning,emphasizing the learning of clinical skills and critical thinking;establishment of quality control system for the residency program,well-balanced education including clinical,teaching,and research skills.Existing problems such as rotation arrangement and participation of trainees and corresponding countermeasures also were discussed in the text.
