摘要
渤中28-1油田渤海友谊号FPSO共两根单点系泊腿,年检发现系泊腿推力调心滚子轴承损坏,需要更换这两根系泊腿。通过对比论证,最终确定采用拖拉FPSO到码头,并采用重型销轴开销器拆卸旧系泊腿、安装新系泊腿的方案。首先简要介绍了工程概况,而后较为详细地论述了系泊腿更换方案设计、船首准备、工作协调等施工准备工作,重点介绍了系泊腿更换前期准备、旧系泊腿拆卸、新系泊腿安装、FPSO连接复产工作等内容。工程实践表明,通过合理优化施工工艺,仅14 d就完成了旧系泊腿的拆卸和新系泊腿的安装工作。
SPM system is a critical facility for oil production,oil processing and oil storage in offshore oil and gas fields.Bohaiyouyi FPSO in BZ28-1Oilfield has two SPM legs.During annual inspection in June2013,damage was spotted in thrust-roller bearings located in PS/SB mooring legs of Bohaiyouyi FPSO SPM.The legs needed replacing.Through comparative analysis,the leg replacing scheme was decided,i.e.towing the FPSO to the dock,then using heavy pivot pin releaser to dismantle old legs and install new legs.This paper outlines the leg replacement project,discusses the design scheme of replacement,construction preparation,old leg dismantling,new leg installing,SPM connecting with FPSO and reproduction.The engineering practice showed that through optimization of construction process,the replacement of the two legs was successfully finished in14d.
