摘要
东方型600 MW、1 000 MW水氢氢汽轮发电机气隙挡风板通过自锁螺母将其安装在汽励端压指双头螺栓上,在机组安装和检修拆卸气隙挡风板自锁螺母过程中,双头螺栓螺纹容易损伤,现场需重新更换双头螺栓。本文针对气隙挡风板装配结构进行分析,对更换双头螺栓过程及防护作了详细介绍,并提出安装气隙挡风板装配的预防措施,为同类型机组检修期间更换双头螺栓提供一定的参考借鉴。
Air deflector of gap assembly for Dongfang600MW/1000MW water hydrogen inner cooled turbo generator is installed on the double end bolts of pressure finger(T.E.E.E),using the self locking nut to fasten the air deflector of gap assembly.To remove the self locking nuts during installation and overhauling of the generator,the screw thread of the double end bolts is likely to be damaged,which needs in situ replacement.The paper analyzes the air deflector of gap assembly,and introduces how to protect the stator,to change the double end bolts,and proposing the preventive measures to install the air deflector of gap assembly.These can be reference and guidance for same type generators of other power plants.
