摘要
丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)是一类能与绝大部分植物根系形成互利共生体的微生物,为生态系统中重要的土壤微生物之一。石灰岩加速环境恶化,生态系统退化。AMF具有独特的生理功能,在石灰岩地区植被恢复中具有重要的价值。该文总结了AMF结构特点、生理功能及其在石灰岩山地植物恢复中应用,并探讨了AMF在石灰岩地区的发展与应用前景,对石灰岩退化生态系统恢复具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)are a sort of microbe which could form mutualistic symbionts with most of the terrestrial plant roots#which are one of the most important soil microorganisms in terrestrial e-cosystems.Limestone area accelerates environmental and ecosystem degradation.AMF have a unique physio-logical#which makes AMF possess important application value in limestone areas plant restoration.The paper summarized AMF structural characteristics#physiological functions of AMF and its application in limestone plant recovery.It discussed the development and application of arbuscular mycorrhizal prospects in limestone areas#and finally finding an important theoretical and practical significance for degrading limestone ecosystem restoration.
