摘要
本文利用活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂合成乙酸乙酯,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响.结果表明,用该催化剂酯化率可达95%以上,并且反应后,该催化剂经简单的相分离及后处理后可重复使用,重复使用8次酯化率仍达91%以上.使用该催化剂解决了传统实验教学中用硫酸作催化剂带来的各种弊端,具有推广价值.
In this paper,the active carbon supported p-toluenesulfonic acid was used as catalyst to synthesize ethyl acetate.The esterification rate was more than95%at the optimum reaction conditions.After the reaction,the catalyst can be reused through simple phase separation and activation.The esterification rate was still more than91%when the catalyst was used repeatedly8times.This catalyst solved the disadvantages of traditional sulfuric acid catalysis in the organic chemistry experiment teaching,and it can be used in experiment teaching.
