摘要
为探讨父母教养方式对大学生心理资本的影响,采用父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)、积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)及社会支持评定量表,对339名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明父母亲的情感温暖对心理资本具有显著的正向预测作用,父亲的过度保护、拒绝否认对心理资本具有显著的负向预测作用;在父亲和母亲的情感温暖对心理资本的预测作用中,社会支持起着部分中介作用。结论:父母的情感温暖可以通过个体所感受到的社会支持,促进个体积极心理资本的形成,而父亲的过度保护和拒绝否认则不利于个体积极心理资本的形成。
To explore the effect of parenting styles on College Students'Psychological Capital.A questionnaire survey was conducted among339college students with the Parenting Style Questionnaire(EMBU),the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ)and the Social Support Rating Scale.Results:parents'emotional warmth has a significant positive prediction on psychological capital,but the excessive protection and rejection from father has a significant negative prediction;the social support play an intermediary role in parents'emotional warmth predicting on psychological capital.Conclusion:parents'emotional warmth promote the individual positive psychological capital through the perceived social support,but father's over protection and denial is not benefit for that.
