摘要
中国医德随社会历史变迁不断发展变化,先后经历了萌芽时期、形成时期、发展与丰富时期、成熟化体系化时期等诸个发展阶段,为社会医学活动提供原则规范。中国医德的演进具有与生产力发展相适应、受社会意识形态影响、与文明程度相关联等特点。在市场经济转型过程中,可能出现医德发展短暂停滞或退步的现象,社会成员需共同努力,调整其发展方向。
Chinese medical ethics is constantly changing with social and historical changes.It has experienced several stages of development,such as the germination period,the period of formation,the period of development and enrichment,and the period of maturation and systematization,etc.It provides principles and norms for social medical activities.The evolution of Chinese medical ethics is characterized by the adaptation to the development of productive forces,the influence of social ideology,and the association with the degree of civilization.In the process of market economy transformation,the development of medical ethics may appear short stagnation or retreat.The members of the society need to make joint efforts to adjust the direction of medical ethics development.
