摘要
兰芋1号是以从吉林收集的优良野生菊芋种质LZJ040为母本,通过对其自然结实种子的收获,并结合组培扩繁和田间产量表现,筛选出的抗旱高产菊芋新品种。出苗至收获生育期约160 d(天),属于晚熟品种,花序少,结实率为0,花期短,15 d(天)左右,整个生长过程基本为营养生长,株型紧凑,分枝较少,适合密植;块茎颜色呈浅棕色,干物质含量27.85%,菊糖含量639.5 g·kg^(-1),田间抗根腐病能力强于对照定芋1号,块茎产量高、大小均匀且集中,一般每667 m2产量可达3 300 kg以上,适合在甘肃中东部干旱、半干旱地区及同类地区大规模推广种植。
‘Lanyu No.1’is a new Jerusalem artichoke variety bred by the natural cross breeding of‘LZJ040’as female parent,selected from the natural hybridization seeds being harvested and combined with seed propagation by tissue culture and tuber yield characteristics in field experiment.‘Lanyu No.1’takes about160days from germination to harvest.It is of late maturity with less inflorescence.Its seed setting rate is0.The flowering phase is short,about15days.Its total growing period is basically vegetative growth.The plant is of compact type with less branches.It is suitable for dense planting.Its tuber is light brown in color and has higher contents of dried matter and synanthrin.Its resistance to root rot in fields is stronger than that of the contrast‘Dingyu No.1’.Its tuber yield is high with uniform and concentrated distribution.Generally,it can yield over49.5t·hm-2.It is suitable for cultivation in mid-eastern arid and semi-arid regions of Gansu Province and similar regions.
