摘要 随着近些年我国媒体行业的改制转型,技术的发展,新媒体的崛起以及其他行业的冲击,传媒行业人才大量流失,人才培养的速度已经跟不上媒体发展的速度。错误的招聘观念、过高过低的门槛设置、缺失的激励考核体系都严重影响着传统媒体转型与媒体融合发展。本文从现代企业人力资源角度结合传统媒体发展现状讨论当下媒体行业所面临的问题,希望从实践角度找到切实可行的人才管理方案。 With the reform and transformation of our country’s media industry in recent years,the development of technology,the rise of new media and the impact of other industries,the talent of media industry has been largely lost,and the speed of talent training has not been able to keep pace with the development of media.The wrong idea of recruitment,the excessively high or low threshold setting and the lack of incentive assessment system have seriously affected the development of the traditional media transformation and media integration.From the perspective of modern enterprise human resources and the development of traditional media,this paper discusses the problems faced by the current media industry,hoping to find a practical talent management plan from a practical perspective.
