摘要
目的:观察耳穴埋豆技术在治疗骨外科手术后疼痛的镇痛效果。方法:选取2015年1月21日-2015年12月20日我院骨外科收治的手术后疼痛患者,以随机的方式抽取106例,采用中医护理技术耳穴埋豆镇痛,文字描述评分法(Verbal Descriptors Scale,VDS)来评估治疗前后疼痛程度,对镇痛效果进行观察。结果:疗效非常好占50%,疗效较好30.2%,疗效可16.1%,疗效差占3.7%,综合评价有效率96.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆技术治疗骨外科术后疼痛疗效显著,无药物引起的副作用,有利于术后恢复,经济实用,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of auricular acupoint embedding technique on pain after bone surgery.Methods:106cases of bone surgery in our hospital from January21,2015to December20,2015years were selected randomly and took TCM auricular acupoint embedding analgesia,text description scoring method was applied to assess the degree of pain before and after treatment,the analgesic effect was observed.Results:The excellent curative effect accounted for50%,good curative effect accounted for30.2%,and valid curative effect accounted for16.1%,and bad curative effect accounted for3.7%,and the total effective rate was96.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular points embedding technique was effective on pain after bone surgery,with no side effects caused by drugs,was beneficial to postoperative recovery,economic,and worthy of clinical reference.
