摘要
肠内营养(EN)作为一种有效防止食物反流,减少肺部感染发生率,改善营养功能的治疗手段。在ICU患者治疗上运用的相当广泛。文章从神经重症患者经鼻肠管行肠内营养的护理干预、集束化护理、对并发症影响的护理观察等方面进行综合描述,并且对神经重者患者经鼻肠管行肠内营养干预起到的效果进行阐述,以此了解经鼻肠管行肠内营养的研究进展。
Enteral nutrition as an effective means treatment,to prevent the food reflux,reducing the incidence rate of pulmonary infection,and improving the trophic function.It’s quite widely be used of ICU patients.This article summarizes various aspects of nursing intervention,and bundle care of the intervene effect of neuro severe patients,via nasointestinal tube to do the enteral nutrition,and the nursing observation of the complication’s effects.Expounding the effect of this treatment.On this account to comprehend that the research progress of via nasointestinal tube to do the enteral nutrition.
