摘要
目的探讨优化急诊护理流程对急性心肌梗死患者抢救效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月本院急诊室收治的急性心肌梗死患者126例,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例,对照组采用常规急诊护理措施,观察组采用优化急诊护理措施对患者实施抢救,观察比较两组患者的抢救效果。结果观察组患者的住院期间心肌梗死复发率为476%,显著低于对照组患者的1746%,同时观察组患者的急诊时间、急性球囊扩张时间均比对照组患者短,差异显著(P<005)。两组患者的平均住院时间相差比较小,不具有统计学意义(P>005)。结论优化急诊护理流程在急性心肌梗死患者抢救过程中运用,能够降低心肌梗死患者的死亡率、复发率及预后生活质量,同时还能缩短患者抢救时所使用的时间,效果显著。具有较高的临床应用价值。
