摘要
[目的 /意义]在今天的开放经济时代,货币竞争力已成为国家间竞争的关键。本报告研究并构建了国际货币竞争力指数体系,旨在更好地把握当前国际货币竞争的格局变化趋势,为提升人民币货币竞争力提供路径指引,把人民币国际化推向新的高度。[方法 /过程]本报告基于货币竞争力的形成机制,在深刻探究国际货币竞争力的理论基础与影响因素的基础上,从各国(地区)货币基础竞争力、币值竞争力、环境竞争力和持续竞争力4个方面构建了国际货币竞争力指数体系。[结果 /结论 ]本报告基于客观数据量化分析与论证,评价结果表明,该指标体系能够对各国货币竞争力水平做出科学、合理的评价,为国际金融战略和政策的制定实施提供有力参考依据。
[Purpose/significance]In today’s open economic era,monetary competitiveness has become the key for the competition among countries.This report builds up the international competitiveness index system to better grasp the changing trend of the international monetary competitive landscape,providing the route guidance to promote the competitiveness of RMB and push the internationalisation of RMB to a new height.[Method/process]Based on the formation mechanism of currency competitiveness and in-depth research on its theoretical basis and influences,this report built up the international competitiveness index system from four aspects-the countries(regions)in the monetary base,the currency competitiveness,the environmental competitiveness and the sustained competitiveness.[Result/conclusion]This report is based on the objective data quantitative analysis and argumentation.The results show that the index system can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the national currency competitiveness,and provide a positive reference for making international financial strategies and polices.
