摘要
为促进毕节市新型工业化、城镇化、信息化与农业现代化(新四化)的协调发展,对毕节市的工业化、城镇化、信息化和农业现代化现状进行调研,并运用熵值法对毕节市"新四化"协调性进行定量分析,找出毕节市"新四化"协调发展存在的问题,针对问题提出对策建议。毕节市"新四化"协调发展措施主要包括:牢守生态和发展两条底线,走绿色发展的新型工业化强市之路;以"双百"为契机,构建新型城镇体系;积极推进信息技术与三大产业相互融合,加快"数字毕节"建设;构建龙头带动、体系完善的农业发展新格局。
The current situation of industrialization,urbanization,informatization and agricultural modernization(Four Modernizations)in Bijie City is investigated firstly,then the 'New Four Modernizations'coordination is analyzed quantitatively by the entropy evaluation method to find out existing problems in ''New Four Modernizations' coordination development and finally the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to promote coordinated development of 'New Four Modernizations' in Bijie City.The measures to promote the coordinated development of 'New Four Modernizations' in Bijie include keeping two base lines of ecology and development,going new industrialization strong city′s path of green development,building the new-type urban system by taking 'Double Hundred' as an opportunity,actively promoting integration between information technology and three main industries,speeding up construction of 'Digit Bijie' and driving the new development pattern of system perfection agriculture by building leading enterprises development.
