摘要
目的调查分析某部2009-2015年水痘发病情况,为部队水痘防控提供依据。方法收集该部2009-2015年所属医疗卫生机构卫生统计年报和传染病疫情直报系统所报告的病例,按发病时间、人群分布等特征统计分析相应的数据,计算各年水痘的逐月发病率,并计算定基比和环比。结果 2009-2015年该部水痘发病呈上升趋势,7年中年平均发病率为0.30‰,占同期该部传染病报告总数的18.55%;干部占报告总数的7.46%,战士占88.81%,其他人员占3.73%;门诊报告占47.80%,住院报告占52.20%;秋冬季发病率较高。结论该部官兵水痘发病率较高,应积极做好综合防控工作。
Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence of varicella,in order to provide references for the prevention and control.Methods The cases reported through the health statistics yearbook and directly network of infectious disease in an army unit from2009to2015were collected and analyzed according to the disease feture such as the onset time and crowd distribution.The monthly incidence,definite proportion and link relative ratio of varicella were counted in every year.Results The incidence of varicella in the troop was tented to rise from2009to2015.The average incidence was0.3‰in7years and was18.55%percent of total infectious disease reported in the same time.The proportion of officers,soliders and others was7.46%,18.55%and3.73%of reported varicella respectively.The cases reported by the outpatient and the hospital accouted for47.80%and52.20%respectively.Meanly,the incidence in autumn and winter was high.Conclusion On account of the high incidence in the troop,the measures of the prevention and control should be actively taken.
