摘要
在大学生就业队伍中,高职院校建筑类专业学生是一个庞大的群体,是社会劳动力的重要组成部分。而近年来,由于建筑业的快速发展,建筑企业对于建筑技术人才的需求扩大,使得高职院校建筑类专业学生总体的就业率保持在较高水平的同时也存在着一部分学生的就业质量问题。如何改善建筑类专业学生就业状况,让他们在提升自我价值的同时,推动经济社会的健康、快速、稳定、和谐发展,是当下高职院校不得不重视、面对的一个问题。
In the employment team of university students,the students majoring in architecture in higher vocational colleges are a large group,and they are an important part of social labor force.In recent years,due to the rapid development of the construction industry,construction enterprises demand for professional talents continues to expand,so that the higher vocational colleges of architecture students'employment rate remained at a high level,there are also a part of the students'employment quality problems.How to improve the employment status of students majoring in architecture,let them promote self-worth and promote the healthy,rapid,stable and harmonious development of the economic society,is a problem that the higher vocational colleges have to pay attention to and face.
