摘要
科技的发展日新月异,科技的价值问题则是一个古老又年轻的话题,科技的价值中立论无论是从学理上还是从历史上看都是站不住脚的。本文在价值中立论分析的基础上对科技价值的合理性进行考察,对当今社会具体的伦理价值进行分析,最后得出结论:对科学活动主体(科学活动个体和科学共同体)提出了伦理上的要求并对科学的价值进行正确的评价。
The development of science and technology is overwhelming,and the question of the value of the science and technology is both old and new.The value-free of science and technology,theoretically or historically,isn't right.Base on the analysis of value-free,this article aims at discussion of the reasonability of science and technology's value,and talking about the concrete ethical value.Finally we can come to the conclusion,that is,to the subject of scientific activity,both individuals and associations,we bring up some regulations ethically,and evaluate the valve of science and technology correctly.
