摘要
目的:探讨分析火针结合拔罐艾灸治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照试验研究方法,对火针结合拔罐艾灸疗法与常规西药疗法治疗急性期带状疱疹的疗效进行比较分析,了解火针结合拔罐艾灸较常规西药治疗是否有优势。结果:通过对两组疗效比较分析,火针结合拔罐艾灸治疗该病有优势,并具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:火针结合拔罐艾灸较西药治疗急性期带状疱疹有优势,并可以在临床中推广。
Objective:Efficacy fire needle with cupping therapy plus moxibustion on acute herpes zoster was investigated.Methods:Prospective randomized controlled trial study methods was set to explore advantage.Results:Bases on comparison between two groups,the fire needle group showed an advantage,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle with cupping therapy plus moxibustion has more the advantages for treatment of acute herpes zoster,and can be widely applied in clinic.
